Using sheeplaunch
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use sheeplaunch for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in provider secure. Provide accurate information and promptly tell us about unauthorized account use.
Your products and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant sheeplaunch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for public launch snapshots, backups, and records we must keep.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit product names, descriptions, logos, screenshots, links, comments, and other materials. Your listings must be accurate and must not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Launches, voting, and points
Rankings depend on eligible votes and may change while a launch is live. We may remove or invalidate fraudulent votes, correct rankings and point balances, or suspend a launch when needed to preserve fair results. Points are a feature of the service, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred unless sheeplaunch expressly provides otherwise.
Do not vote for a launch you publish or manage, use multiple or deceptive accounts, automate voting, buy or sell votes, coordinate vote exchanges, or offer rewards for votes. The Community guidelines provide more detail.
Premium launches, billing, and refunds
A premium launch is a one-time purchase of $19 USD plus applicable taxes. Payment reserves premium scheduling for one launch; it does not guarantee traffic, votes, ranking, uptime, or commercial results.
Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, fraud checks, disputes, and refunds. Its buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment transaction.
You may abandon an unpaid checkout at any time. An approved full refund revokes unused premium scheduling for that launch. Refunds requested after a launch starts, partial refunds, chargebacks, and unusual payment states may require manual review. Nothing in these terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Homepage ad subscriptions
A homepage ad uses one of six named positions for $39 USD per month plus applicable taxes. Billing begins when checkout succeeds, automatically renews until cancelled, and includes review time. An ad does not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales, uptime, or results.
Ads remain hidden until approved. We may reject content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with these terms or the Community guidelines. A rejected first submission is cancelled and receives a full refund of its first payment. Content is fixed for the subscription in this initial version.
A failed renewal hides the ad immediately while holding its position for seven days. Successful recovery restores an approved ad; otherwise the subscription may be cancelled and the position released. You can manage billing and cancellation through the Dodo customer portal.
Acceptable use
Do not use sheeplaunch to break the law; harm, threaten, harass, or deceive others; distribute malware; expose private information; send spam; scrape or overload the service; bypass security or rate limits; impersonate others; or promote content prohibited by the Community guidelines.
Moderation and account action
We may review reports and remove content, invalidate activity, limit features, suspend launches, or restrict or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these terms, the Community guidelines, or law have been violated, or when action is needed to protect users or the service. Serious or urgent risks may require action without advance notice.
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact support for account-deletion requests. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment, records, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
Third-party services
Launches may link to products and websites operated by other people. sheeplaunch does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Service availability and liability
sheeplaunch is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of content, or any launch outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, sheeplaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may change the service or these terms. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
